Application for Residential/Multi Family Inspection

Any person, firm or corporation violating any provision of the Fire Prevention Code of the Metro West Fire Protection District or failing to comply with any section thereof, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and subject to a fine up to $1,000.00 in Circuit Court of St. Louis County. Each day that a violation continues to exist after service of such order shall be deemed a separate offense.

In accordance with the Metro West Fire Protection District Ordinance, anyone that is aggrieved by the Fire Prevention Code may file a written request for a hearing, before the Board of Directors of the Metro West Fire Protection District within ten (10) working days of receiving such an order.
